3. Services Overview
We provide monitoring services including website, API, port, ping, domain expiry, SSL certificate monitoring, customizable status pages (public or private), and notifications via email, SMS, voice, and integrations. All plans include unlimited users, and some include notification credits.
4. Account Registration
You must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and securing your login credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or impersonate another person.
5. Pricing, Billing & Refunds
We use Stripe for payment processing. All prices are clearly listed on our pricing page. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Strict No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds under any circumstance. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.
6. Notification Services
Notifications are primarily sent via email. SMS and voice notifications are optional and may consume credits included in your plan or purchased as add-ons. Notification integrations include Slack, Teams, Telegram, and Google Chat. Webhooks are available for custom use cases.
7. Use of Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted partners to deliver parts of our service:

8. Data Retention & Privacy

9. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the service, attack infrastructure, or use it for illegal activity. Abuse may result in account suspension or termination.
10. Affiliate & Referral Program
Our affiliate program offers commission for valid referrals. Our referral program provides users with bonuses when others sign up using their link. Abuse of either may result in account action or disqualification from the program.
11. No Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime accuracy, delivery of notifications, or specific performance outcomes.
