To make things even better, we include a monthly allowance of SMS/RCS minutes so you can receive critical alerts without worrying about extra costs.
Integrate Microsoft Teams as many times as you like, up to the limit of your notification seats, allowing alerts to be delivered to different teams, locations or departments simultaneously. While many competitors restrict you to a single integration, FunnyMonitors supports up to 100 Microsoft Teams integrations — ensuring every team stays informed in real time.
As more businesses move to Slack for internal communication, we’ve focused on building the integrations that matter most. Slack integrations work in the same way as Microsoft Teams, allowing multiple integrations per account and delivering alerts to every notification seat at no extra cost. This means you can send alerts to multiple Slack channels, ensuring the right teams are notified instantly when an incident occurs.
You can also receive notifications through our other integrations. Some channels, such as SMS and voice calls, may incur charges, while others are completely free. Integrations like Telegram, Google Chat and Webhooks can be configured across up to 100 notification seats, ensuring alerts reach the right teams and systems. Email notifications are included by default and remain free with every plan.
1. Additional Notification Seats
Plans include a set number of notification seats. Additional seats may be purchased as an add-on. Customers are encouraged to use email distribution groups or aliases within their own systems as a cost-saving measure where appropriate.
2. No Refund Policy
Funny Monitors, as a product of Dane Commercial Services Ltd., maintains a strict no refund policy on all Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings. This policy is enforced without exception and applies to all users and all plans, regardless of usage or time since purchase.
3. Optional Charges – Phone/SMS Credits
Some notifications, such as SMS or phone call notifications, may incur additional charges based on usage. These costs are already subsidised and priced competitively; however, due to third-party carrier fees, we are unable to provide these features free of charge. Credits must be purchased separately where applicable.
